  processing and packaging
• Primary packaging applications include VFFS, HFFS, rigid container filling and MAP processing. These applications can be done in ambient or
  temperature-controlled environments.
• Peacock’s highest value-add service offering is our refrigerated and frozen processing and packaging capabilities. Facilitated by Peacock’s USDA-certified Meacham and Carol Stream facilities, we currently handle a wide range of refrigerated and frozen RTE products (e.g., meat, cheese, eggs, etc.).
• We are a fully-integrated company offering both USDA-certified and non-USDA packaging services in ambient and temperature-controlled environments

Secondary Packaging

• Peacock’s secondary food packaging capabilities include kit assembly and promotional packaging in both refrigerated and ambient environments, as well as special configurations for club stores and other retailers.
• We have a unique ability to integrate secondary packaging operations into primary packaging. This reduces transportation and double-handling costs, minimizes the risk of product damage, and allows us to quickly meet constantly changing market demands within one operation.
